PACIFIC BEACH, CA (November 23, 2021) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Grand Avenue near Everts Street, early Sunday.
 
According to San Diego Police, the accident happened around 5:00 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver struck a 21-year-old man crossing Grand Avenue near Everts Street.
 
Following the crash, the driver pulled over and called the police. Upon arriving, paramedics and officers found the victim with head trauma, albeit awake and breathing. Per reports, the victim did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
