FRESNO, CA (January 12, 2022) — A man suffered moderate injuries in a motorcycle accident on Shepard Avenue at Friant Road.
 
According to Fresno Police, the motorcycle crash happened on Tuesday around 6:30 a.m. For unknown reasons, a motorcyclist lost control and struck an embankment after accelerating forward when the light turned green.
 
Shortly after, officers responded and brought the injured rider to a hospital with moderate injuries.
