Man Hurt in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on J Street in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (February 17, 2023) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on J Street and Sixth Avenue.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the hit-and-run happened around 6:10 a.m. Thursday. As the pedestrian — a 27-year-old man — was crossing the street, a dark-colored SUV slammed into him. The driver, however, left the scene without trying to help.
 
Shortly after, paramedics arrived and brought the victim to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
