Man Hospitalized in San Dimas Hit-and-Run Bicycle Crash on 5th Street

 
SAN DIMAS, CA (February 17, 2022) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run bicycle accident on 5th Street near Eucla Avenue back on January 27.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the hit-and-run crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in a dark-colored Dodge Ram pickup struck the 37-year-old on his bicycle.
 
Subsequently, the driver slowed down and briefly stopped but headed eastbound out of the scene.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded and brought the injured cyclist to a hospital for treatment.
