CHICO, CA (December 22, 2021) — A man suffered serious injuries in a DUI pedestrian accident on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway near Silver Dollar Way Monday evening.
 
According to reports, the pedestrian crash happened around 5:20 p.m. For DUI-related reasons, a 58-year-old man began crossing the street in an unsafe manner and location. Subsequently, a 34-year-old male driver struck him in the road.
