Man Killed in Single-Car Collision at La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 2, 2023) — A man died in a solo-car accident at La Brea Avenue and Edgewood Place.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the fatal single-car accident happened around 8:15 p.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason, a car crashed into a utility pole in the Mid-Wilshire District of Los Angeles. Upon impact, a 20-year-old passenger was ejected from the car.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital where he died.
 
Authorities have not released the victim’s name.
