CARSON, CA (December 7, 2021) — A man died in a solo-car accident on the 405 Freeway near the 110 Freeway on Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal car accident occurred around 12:20 a.m. For unknown reasons, a 39-year-old driver crashed off the side of the northbound freeway.
 
As a result, he suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, a 38-year-old Inglewood man riding in the same car suffered major injuries and received care at a nearby hospital.
 
At this time, officials have not released information as to what led to the accent. However, any witnesses of this accident should call the CHP.
