ELVERTA, CA (January 21, 2022) — One person suffered fatal injuries in a pedestrian crash on Elverta Road on Wednesday, January 19.
 
The pedestrian walked along Elverta Road near 16 Street when a car struck him at about 11:00 p.m.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, medics transported him to the hospital where he later died.
 
The driver involved cooperated with the CHP investigation.
