34-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Arroyo Parkway near Glenarm Street

 
PASADENA, CA (February 4, 2021) – A 34-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on Arroyo Parkway, Friday January 15.
 
According to the Pasadena Police Department, the accident on Arroyo Parkway happened at about 7:55 p.m. A pedestrian reportedly stepped out into the roadway when a vehicle hit him near Glenarm Street.
 
Paramedics transported the victim to a hospital, where he later died. Authorities withheld the name of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
 
Pasadena police ruled out speed and impairment as factors in the fatal accident.
