4 Injured in DUI Crash at Tulare and Cedar Avenues in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (June 03, 2021) — Four people suffered injuries in a suspected DUI crash at Tulare and Cedar Avenues in Fresno.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a man was operating a Mini Cooper with a nine-year-old passenger inside the vehicle. At about 10 p.m. on Sunday, the said car crashed into two vehicles at Tulare and Cedar Avenues.
 
Emergency responders immediately rushed to the area upon receiving reports of the incident. Paramedics then took the driver and the juvenile passenger with minor injuries to Community Regional Medical Center. Meanwhile, the drivers of the other two vehicles have minor injuries but did not need medical transport.
 
Meantime, an initial investigation revealed that the man driving the Mini Cooper was under the influence of alcohol. Subsequently, the police arrested and booked him into the Fresno County jail after his treatment at the hospital.
