Pedestrian Accident on 15 Freeway in Victorville Sends Victim to Hospital

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 25, 2021) – Authorities airlifted a man to a hospital after a pedestrian accident on 15 Freeway Thursday night.
 
The accident happened around 6:12 p.m. on April 22, just north of Palmdale Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a green Toyota Camry struck the male pedestrian.
 
Firefighters responded to the scene and located the pedestrian down in the center divider. Due to his injuries, firefighters requested an airship to airlift the patient to a trauma center.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the Camry stopped and cooperated with authorities.
 
The CHP is investigating the incident and asked anyone with further information to call 760-241-1186.
