MADERA, CA (July 13, 2022) – Officials reported major injuries following a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 99 on July 12.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Madera Avenue at approximately 1:45 AM.
 
Based on a report, a big rig collided with two vehicles on the scene. Officers reported they were responding to the scene of one collision when the crash occurred.
