Lawrence Harris Dead, John Angulo Charged in Hit-and-Run Crash on Knott Avenue at Orange Avenue

 
ANAHEIM, CA (September 7, 2021) — Lawrence Harris died in a hit-and-run accident on Knott Avenue at Orange Avenue last Sunday night.
 
According to court records, police arrested John Edward Angulo, of Orange, on gross vehicular manslaughter and hit-and-run charges. For unknown reasons, the 30-year-old man struck and killed 37-year-old Harris of Buena Park.
 
Per reports, Angulo ran a red traffic light before his vehicle struck that of Harris’. Soon after the crash had occurred, Angulo left the scene on foot. However, he was found shortly after sleeping in another vehicle near the scene of the crash.
