62-Year-Old Larry Andrews Dies after Central Fresno Motorcycle Crash
CENTRAL FRESNO, CA (March 24, 2021) – Authorities identified 62-year-old Larry Andrews as the motorcyclist killed in an accident on Effie Street, Sunday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 1:00 p.m. As per reports, Andrews was westbound on McKinley Avenue when a Honda Civic made a left turn in front of his motorcycle.
Emergency crews rushed Andrews to Community Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Honda Civic remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Authorities did not release the name and age of the driver.
CHP continues to investigate the circumstances that led to the fatal accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
