LAPD Officer Hospitalized after Motorcycle Accident on Crenshaw Boulevard near Jefferson Boulevard

 
CRENSHAW, CA (July 27, 2021) – A Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle officer sustained injuries in an accident on Crenshaw Boulevard, early Thursday morning.
 
According to the LAPD, the incident happened on July 22, at about 5:30 a.m. Due to unknown circumstances, the motorcycle officer and a vehicle became involved in a collision near the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Jefferson Boulevard.
 
Emergency responders rushed the officer to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Authorities did not release the name of the injured motorcycle officer.
 
LAPD continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
