BLUE JAY, CA (March 21, 2023) — Kevin White died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Highway 189 near Bay Road.
 
According to a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department news release, the fatal hit-and-run happened around 7:38 p.m. on March 16. For unknown reasons, a driver in what authorities believe was a dark-colored SUV left the scene after hitting 64-year-old Kevin James White.
