Kevin Sorrell Killed in Car Accident on Lugonia Avenue [Redlands, CA]

70-Year-Old Man Dies 10 Days after Two-Vehicle Crash in Redlands

 
REDLANDS, CA (May 12, 2021) – Kevin Robert Sorrell died Friday after a two-car accident last month in Redlands.
 
The accident happened around 11:12 a.m. on April 27, at the intersection of East Lugonia Avenue and North University Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
The impact caused severe injuries on Sorrell. Emergency responders took him to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he died at 12:02 p.m. on May 7.
 
Sorrell was a 70-year-old Redlands resident, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau.
 
At this time, the accident remains under investigation by the Redlands Police Department.
