Kenneth Wassennar II Killed in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Harbor Boulevard near Southgate Avenue

 
FULLERTON, CA (June 28, 2022)Kenneth Wassennar II died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Harbor Boulevard near Southgate Avenue.
 
According to Fullerton police, the fatal hit-and-run happened early Monday. Around 1:30 a.m., a driver in a southbound white Dodge Charger struck 38-year-old Kenneth Edward Wassennar II at a green traffic light. Wassennar, however, reportedly crossed against a red light.
 
Several seconds later, a black Jeep Wrangler also ran over him before a two-door Honda Civic did the same.
 
Soon after, paramedics and Fullerton police officers responded to the scene and found neither of the drivers at the crash site.
 
Paramedics brought the homeless man to a local trauma center where he succumbed to his injuries.
