Karen Young Dies in Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway near Bear Valley Road

 
HESPERIA, CA (November 30, 2021) — Karen Young died in a rollover accident on the 15 Freeway near Bear Valley Road on Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 12:30 p.m. For unknown reasons, 61-year-old Young lost control of a gold GMC Yukon SUV. The northbound GMC subsequently veered off the road into the right shoulder ditch and rolled over.
 
As a result of the crash, Young, of Victorville, died in the accident. As for her male passenger who was wearing a seatbelt, he sustained only minor injuries.
 
At this time, officers have not confirmed the ultimate cause of the accident. However, anyone with more information on this crash should contact the CHP.
