Justin Weber Injured, Delbert Gavin Arrested in DUI Accident on Highway 395 [Janesville, CA]

Justin Weber Hurt, Delbert Gavin Detained, Robert Eide Involved in DUI Crash on Highway 395 near Main Street

 
JANESVILLE, CA (January 13, 2022) — Justin Weber suffered injuries in a DUI accident on Highway 395 near Main Street on January 4.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-car crash happened around 6:00 p.m. Due to Delbert Gavin’s unsafe lane change to the left at the end of the passing lanes, coupled with his level of impairment, he impacted the front right portion of a Toyota Tacoma with his northbound 1994 Plymouth Voyager minivan.
 
Due to the impact, Gavin’s minivan rotated in a counterclockwise fashion and veered into the southbound lane where a southbound Dodge Ram struck it.
 
Following the crash, paramedics brought the Dodge Ram driver — Weber, of Cottage Grove, Utah — to Renown by helicopter. Meanwhile, officers arrested Gavin on suspicion of DUI. However, reports did not indicate whether Robert Eide, the Toyota Tacoma driver, sustained any injuries.
 
At this time, the case remains under investigation. Therefore, anyone with information should contact the CHP.
