Justin Torres Hit, Killed by Car on 215 Freeway [Perris, CA]

Justin Torres Dies in Pedestrian Accident on 215 Freeway near Highway 74

 
PERRIS, CA (March 21, 2023) — Justin Torres was hit and killed by a car on the 215 Freeway near Highway 74.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 12:40 a.m. Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver in a 2020 Dodge Charger traveling in the No. 2 lane at speeds of 68 miles per hour struck Torres, of Temecula.
 
According to authorities, Torres was standing within the lanes and the driver was unable to see him to avoid the impact. The impact sent Torres onto the roadway.
 
The Dodge driver pulled over and called 911. Soon after, Riverside County Fire Department paramedics reached the scene but confirmed Torres deceased on arrival. The unidentified Dodge driver reported no injuries in the accident.
