50-Year-Old Fontana Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Accident at West 5th Street and North G Street

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 18, 2021) – Juan Ochoa was killed Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Bernardino.
 
The fatal crash happened around 2:55 p.m. on April 14, at the intersection of West 5th Street and North G Street.
 
Emergency medical personnel responded and found the 50-year-old Fontana man suffering from major injuries. They rushed him to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where Ochoa died while undergoing treatment.
 
It is unknown if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
The San Bernardino Police Department is investigating this fatal accident.
