Joseph Feghhi Detained in Deadly DUI Crash on Highway 101 near San Martin Avenue

 
GILROY, CA (November 9, 2021) — Joseph Feghhi was arrested in a fatal DUI accident on Highway 101 near San Martin Avenue on Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly two-vehicle crash happened around 3:00 a.m. For possible DUI reasons, 23-year-old Feghhi struck a 2004 Toyota with his 2016 Chevrolet while driving southbound on the highway. As a result of the impact, both vehicles veered off the road and came to a stop.
 
Shortly after, emergency personnel reached the scene and pronounced the 25-year-old San Jose woman driving the Toyota deceased upon arrival.
 
Meanwhile, police arrested Feghhi on DUI charges.
