Jillian Jimenez Detained for DUI After Near Miss near D Street and Edith Street

 
PETALUMA, CA (February 21, 2022) — Jillian Jimenez faces DUI charges following a close-call crash near D Street and Edith Street.
 
According to Petaluma Police officers, the incident first happened before noon on Wednesday. Officers spotted a woman bearing down Steamer Landing park and speeding into a parking lot stall before striking a curb. Subsequently, police conducted a sobriety test on the 37-year-old woman, identified as Jimenez, whom they later booked into Sonoma County Jail.
 
However, the following day around 10:00 p.m., officers spotted a driver near D Street and Edith Street that nearly collided with their patrol vehicle and several parked vehicles.
 
After pulling the woman over, they learned that Jimenez was the driver behind the wheel who showed repeated signs of intoxication.
 
At this time, she remains in custody and expects to appear in court on Tuesday.
