Jesse Ruggles and Dino Artinyan Killed in Head-On Accident on North Wheatland Avenue [Lake View Terrace, CA]

Authorities Identify Dino Artinyan, Jesse Ruggles in Lake View Terrace Accident

 
LAKE VIEW TERRACE, CA (March 15, 2021) – Jesse Ruggles and Dino Artinyan died in a head-on crash early morning in Lake View Terrace.
 
The crash happened about 12:25 a.m. Wednesday, March 10 in the 11200 block of North Wheatland Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
 
30-year-old Los Angeles resident Ruggles and 20-year-old Artinyan of North Hollywood were driving their vehicles when they collided head-on.
 
Both suffered severe injuries and died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
Three other people were taken to a hospital in critical condition, the LAFD reported.
 
The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
