FULLERTON, CA (March 11, 2022) – Authorities identified 58-year-old Ivars Borsteins of Fullerton as the man killed in a motorized bicycle accident on Malvern Avenue, Thursday evening.
 
According to the Fullerton Police Department, the incident happened on March 3 at about 9:30 p.m. Responders found Borsteins unconscious near a modified mountain bike with an electric motor.
