BREA, CA (January 26, 2021) — Hector Aguirre died in a pedestrian accident on West Lambert Road at North Brea Boulevard Monday morning.
 
According to Brea police Lt. Philip Rodriguez, the fatal pedestrian accident happened at approximately 4:15 a.m.
 
For unknown reasons, a car struck 54-year-old Aguirre at the intersection. As a result, Aguirre suffered serious injuries and died shortly thereafter.
 
Following the accident, police began diverting traffic from the scene as detectives scoured the area for evidence.
