Two Injured in Goleta Head-On Accident on Cathedral Oaks Road

 
GOLETA, CA (February 3, 2021) – Police confirmed that a head-on accident on Cathedral Oaks Road injured two on Sunday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened shortly before 6:00 PM last January 17 near Arundel Road.
 
Based on a report, two vehicles collided in the lanes. However, officials did not state the circumstances that caused the head-on accident.
 
As a result, the Santa Barbara County Fire Department reported that one person in each vehicle suffered minor to moderate injuries. Crews used an American Medical Response ambulance to transport the victims to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Officials did not disclose their identities and additional details on their conditions.
 
At this point, no other details are available. In addition, the Sheriff’s Department is still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
