ESCONDIDO, CA (November 15, 2021) — Hans Velasquez and Anthony Quezada face arrests after a stolen car crashes into a restaurant at Valley Parkway and Fig Street.
 
According to reports, the accident happened around 10:15 p.m. Per a witness, a Subaru driver ran a red light, slammed into a truck and crashed into Frida’s Street Tacos. Due to the impact, the driver of the truck suffered life-threatening injuries and sought care at Palomar Medical Center.
 
Meanwhile, police arrested 20-year-old Velasquez and 19-year-old Quezada in relation to the theft.
