Hannah Esser Detained, Victor Luis Dies in Altercation on Graham Street near Oak Knoll Park

 
CYPRESS, CA (September 29, 2022) — Hannah Esser was arrested after hitting and killing Victor Anthony Luis with her car on Graham Street near Oak Knoll Park.
 
According to Cypress police, the fatal incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. For unknown reasons, 20-year-old Esser engaged in an unknown altercation with 43-year-old Luis.
 
Both drivers reportedly stopped their vehicle on Graham Street, with Esser’s northbound sedan in front of Luis’ northbound SUV. At some point during the altercation, Luis exited his car and approached Esser to continue the argument. However, at some point, Esser accelerated forward.
 
Due to the incident, Luis sustained fatal injuries, and police arrested Esser, booking her into jail on $1 million bail.
 
At this time, investigators do not know what ignited the argument. However, an ongoing investigation should confirm any details.
