25-Year-Old Man Dies when Four Vehicles Collide on Lincoln Avenue at Mountain Gate Drive
CORONA, CA (July 13, 2021) – Gregory Gibbons died in a multi-vehicle accident in Corona Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened around 12:29 p.m. on July 10, at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Mountain Gate Drive. Corona police said Gibbons was driving a blue Honda Civic when he collided with three other vehicles for unknown reasons.
As a result, Gibbons suffered severe injuries and later died at the hospital. He was a 25-year-old Corona resident, according to the Riverside County Coroner’s Office.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the three other drivers to the hospital, two of them sustained unspecified injuries.
The impact of the crash also caused significant damage on three of the four vehicles.
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor at this time. Further investigation is underway.
