Good Samaritan Dies in Sacramento Pedestrian Crash on Folsom Boulevard

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (April 19, 2021) — A Good Samaritan died in a pedestrian accident on Folsom Boulevard near Bradshaw Road Friday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a pedestrian crossing Folsom Boulevard was hit by an oncoming vehicle. Minutes later, two Good Samaritans exited their vehicle to assist the victim. However, another oncoming car struck the pair, causing fatal injuries to one of them.
 
Not long after, paramedics responded and transported two people to a hospital for treatment while the driver of the second car stayed on site for investigations.
 
At this time, authorities have not validated the ultimate cause or liabilities of the crash. However, if anyone has further insight into this accident, please contact the CHP.
