Girl Dies in 2-Car Crash on Oak Valley Parkway in Beaumont

 
BEAUMONT, CA (December 29, 2021) — A girl died in a 2-car accident on Oak Valley Parkway at Palmer Avenue.
 
According to the Beaumont Police Department, the two-vehicle accident happened around 3:31 p.m. on December 15. Under unclear circumstances, two cars crashed at the intersection. Subsequently, paramedics responded to the scene and transported the girl to a local trauma center and a second child to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
However, despite having received life-saving efforts, the girl succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
 
At this time, the details of the crash require additional investigation. However, police have ruled out alcohol and drugs as possible factors.
