Frank Falcone Detained After Crashing Into Vehicle with High Beams on Pacific Boulevard near Laurie Meadows Drive
SAN MATEO, CA (January 14, 2025) — Officers arrested Frank Falcone for assault with a deadly weapon when he crashed into a car with its high beams turned on.
According to San Mateo Police, the two-vehicle crash happened around 3:49 a.m. Sunday. San Mateo Police said Falcone, of Kentucky, allegedly rammed into a southbound vehicle that had its high beams on. The victim in the southbound car said Falcone likely crashed his northbound vehicle until his car about three times.
From there, Falcone fled the scene, but Belmont Police tried to stop him. He was eventually arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
During the investigation, 62-year-old Falcone informed officers that he crashed into the driver due to the brightness and potential radiation, and he fled from officers because “people impersonate police officers.”
The authorities will investigate this further.
Being angry when driving can lead to risky and dangerous situations. Try and take a step back and let it go. Engage in an altercation with another driver is never worth the trouble. It often ends in property loss, an arrest and injury.
