Car Crashes into Edco Recycling Plant on Highway 94 Injuring 4 People, Including Baby

 
LEMON GROVE, CA (December 13, 2021) – Four people, including a baby, were injured in a car accident on Highway 94 in Lemon Grove, Saturday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 12:45 p.m. on December 11. According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver Honda Accord was traveling eastbound on the highway when it went down an embankment, through a fence and into an Edco recycling building.
 
Responding paramedics transported all four people in the car to a hospital for treatment of their injuries. The conditions of the victims were not immediately known.
 
CHP officials are still trying to determine whether alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash.
