Head-On Crash on 10 Freeway in South LA Sends 4 People to Hospital

 
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (March 28, 2023) – Four people were hospitalized in a head-on accident on 10 Freeway in the Jefferson Park community of South Los Angeles.
 
The accident happened around 6:08 a.m. on March 25, just east of Crenshaw Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a work truck with three men inside collided head-on into a sedan with one woman inside. The work truck overturned trapping the motorist inside.
 
Responding paramedics rushed four people to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
 
At this time, it is unknown what caused the crash. The CHP is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
