TRACY, CA (December 2, 2022) — An elderly man riding a scooter was hit and killed by a car on Eleventh Street near Lincoln Boulevard.
 
According to the Tracy Police Department, the fatal collision occurred sometime Thursday morning. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of an unknown make and model struck an elderly man riding an electric scooter. Police determined that the accident happened as the elder tried to cross Eleventh Street.
 
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators.
