LOS ANGELES, CA (October 25, 2021) – Family members identified Eduardo Silva as the motorcyclist killed in a hit-and-run accident on Laurel Canyon Boulevard, Saturday evening.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on October 16, at about 8:35 p.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a blue 2012 Kawasaki Motorcycle and a gray 2015 Toyota Corolla collided head-on near Judd Street.

The impact of the crash ejected Silva from his motorcycle. A short time later, a southbound white sedan hit him.

As per reports, the driver of the Toyota Corolla remained at the scene. However, the driver of the second vehicle did not stop to render aid and immediately fled the area.

Emergency crews then rushed Silva to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, where he later died. A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family pay for funeral expenses and to offer an additional reward for information.
