Drunk Driver Causes Motorcycle Crash on Marks Avenue at Adams Avenue [Fresno, CA]

Rider Injured in Motorcycle Crash on South Marks Avenue in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (October 25, 2021) – Police confirmed that a drunk driver caused a major motorcycle crash on South Marks Avenue on October 20.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at West Adams Avenue around 7:00 PM.
 
Based on an initial report, a motorcycle was traveling at the correct lane at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a pickup truck hit it.
 
As a result, the motorcyclist sustained major injuries in the incident. Immediately, emergency crews transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment. As of now, officials have not given an update on the victim’s condition.
 
In the end, CHP authorities arrested the truck driver on felony DUI charges. At this point, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
