Driver Doing Donuts Hits Pedestrian in Accident on Barrington Avenue

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 3, 2021) – Officials are now looking for a driver after a pedestrian accident on Barrington Avenue on March 1.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Pico Boulevard around 5:15 PM.
 
Based on a report, a blue BMW was doing donuts in the street. Subsequently, it hit a pedestrian. After that, the driver picked up the victim in and took off with LAPD officers in pursuit. During the pursuit, the pedestrian fell out of the car due to unknown reasons. Police said the BMW then hit an empty LAPD unit before it sped off.
 
Emergency crews transported the pedestrian to a hospital in unknown condition.
 
At this point, officials said they’ve already identified the driver of the vehicle. However, they did not release any information yet. An investigation is still ongoing.
