Homeless Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Bancroft Drive in Spring Valley

 
SPRING VALLEY, CA (May 23, 2022) – Police are now looking for a driver following a pedestrian accident in the 2000 block of Bancroft Drive on May 19.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near Rosedale Drive around 3:50 AM.
 
Based on reports, the pedestrian was in the lanes at the time of the collision. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck the victim. At this point, other details surrounding the crash are not yet available.
 
As a result, the pedestrian sustained injuries. Paramedics took the victim, possibly someone who is homeless, to a hospital.
 
As of now, police are still investigating the incident. Also, no other details are available.
