RIVERSIDE, CA (January 9, 2022) – A driver along with two passengers suffered injuries in a car accident on Day Street on January 1.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at the intersection of Eucalyptus Avenue around 1:40 PM.
 
Based on a report, a vehicle was at the intersection when it hit the side of a shopping center. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available.
 
As a result, the three occupants of the vehicle sustained minor injuries. Immediately, crews with the Riverside County Fire Department rushed the victims to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment.
 
In addition, engine crews said the crash caused minor damage to the building.
