Driver Dead after Car Crashes into Parked Car on Pacific Coast Highway

 
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (June 11, 2021) — A driver died after a car crashes into a parked vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway near 1st Street.
 
According to the Huntington Beach Police Department, the accident occurred around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. For unclear reasons, a driver heading southbound on Pacific Coast Highway crashed into a parked car. As a result, one of the vehicles burst into flames and a driver died in the accident.
 
Fortunately, the parked vehicle remained unoccupied at the time of the impact. At this time, however, officers have no information on the ultimate cause of the accident. Although, if anyone has more information, please contact the Huntington Beach Police Department.
