David Beltran Dead after Pedestrian Crash on Beaumont Avenue

 
CHERRY VALLEY, CA (December 20, 2021) — A 71-year-old man identified as David Beltran died in a pedestrian crash on Beaumont Avenue.
 
Reports said that a car hit Beltran at 10438 Beaumont Avenue at around 6:20 a.m. on Thursday, December 16.
 
Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau said medics performed life-saving attempts to save him. However, he died about three hours later at Riverside University Health System Medical Center.
 
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department rushed to the scene. They confirmed the pedestrian had critical injuries in the incident.
 
There are no reports if alcohol, speed, or drugs is a factor in the incident.
 
The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
