SAN RAFAEL, CA (November 24, 2021) — Coraima Pampin Pasos faces charges in a hit-and-run motorcycle accident on Mission Avenue at Hetherton Street last month.
 
According to San Rafael Police, the motorcycle crash happened on October 16. For unknown reasons, 28-year-old Pasos struck a motorcyclist and fled the scene. As a result, the rider suffered major non-life-threatening injuries.
