SANTA ROSA, CA (August 29, 2022) — Cody Rosado faces charges in a DUI pedestrian accident on Sutton Place near Standish Avenue early Friday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident took place around 4:40 a.m. on private property. For DUI reasons, 31-year-old Rosado of Santa Rosa lost control of his 1990 BMW car and struck a 43-year-old Santa Rosa man.
 
Shortly after, paramedics shuttled the pedestrian to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for major, non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Back at the scene, authorities investigated Rosado, who showed signs of intoxication. As a result, police arrested him on suspicion of felony DUI and booked him in jail.
