POMONA, CA (March 10, 2022) – Police responded to the scene after a Coca-Cola truck overturned in an accident on eastbound 10 Freeway on March 5.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Kellogg Drive shortly before 6:00 AM.
 
Based on a report, the semi-truck collided with two other vehicles. Subsequently, the crash spilled the truck’s load of Dr. Pepper and Diet Coke cans onto the freeway.
 
Immediately, firefighters responded to extricate the driver from the truck. No other injuries were immediately reported.
 
In addition, the crash closed at least five lanes of the freeway.
 
At this point, the cause of the collision remains unclear. Also, an investigation is still ongoing.
