Children Hurt in Modesto 2-Car Crash on Albers Road
MODESTO, CA (September 1, 2021) — Four children suffered major injuries in a two-car accident on Albers Road near Yosemite Boulevard Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash happened around 8:45 a.m. For unknown reasons, a white Toyota SUV and a gray Dodge pickup collided. Due to the impact, the SUV ended up in a ditch off the shoulder of the road while the pickup truck came to a stop on the highway.
As a result, four children and two adults sustained various injuries. Per reports, paramedics had to airlift one patient to Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera.
