Young Girl and Woman Suffer Injuries after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on 34th Avenue in Oakland

 
OAKLAND, CA (February 22, 2023) – A child and a woman were injured in a hit-and-run crash near 34th Avenue and International Boulevard in Oakland on Saturday.
 
The crash happened just after noon on February 18. According to the Oakland Police Department, a pickup truck hit the young girl and the woman near the intersection.
 
After the striking the victims, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid.
 
Paramedics rushed the victims to the hospital, where the woman was listed in critical condition.
