Child Hospitalized after Crash on McBean Parkway [Valencia, CA]

Child Injured in Accident on McBean Parkway and Del Monte Drive

 
VALENCIA, CA (November 2, 2021) — A child suffered injuries after a crash on McBean Parkway at around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 29.
 
According to Los Angeles County Fire Department spokesman Jonathan Matheny, the incident happened on McBean Parkway and Del Monte Drive.
 
On the scene, the deputy and vehicle — a white, four-door GMC — appeared to have crashed with the front-end of another car. The law enforcement SUV had its airbags deployed while the civilian car appeared damaged.
 
An adult carried a child to the ambulance to be brought to the hospital. There were no reports of the other injuries as a result of the incident.
 
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
